Alex Kasinkas

Hi my name is Alex Kasinskas. I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been at Bastyr University for almost three years now: one year in the post-baccalaureate in naturopathic medicine program and two years in the naturopathic medicine program. On campus I love running & biking in the trails, using the infrared sauna, and being in the meditation room. My favorite activities are learning from elders in the medical field as well as my fellow colleagues. We all bring unique gifts and talents to healthcare, and I find it of utmost value to learn from as well as share insights with others. I work hard each day to facilitate community unification and collaboration so as a "team" we can live out school's vision of transforming the health and well-being of the human community. 

Mickey Brawner

My name is Mickey Brawner and I am a Naturopathic Medical Student, currently in my 2nd year of 4. In addition to the program, I am an active member of the ping pong club and fellow for the meditation club. I love this campus because I am surrounded by nature, and can take a relaxing hike to the lake on breaks to relieve stress. The Bastyr community is super supportive, and makes navigating this program so much easier. I love working with incoming students to help make the transition as smooth as possible. I am here to help in any way you need, so please, do not hesitate to ask.
